Montana Aerospace: The game changer in aerospace supply chains

At its factory sites in the US, Europe and Asia, Montana Aerospace produces sustainable structural, engine and cabin components as well as high lift mechanisms, and is part of Airbus’s Wing of Tomorrow initiative.

With dedicated employees around the world, Montana Aerospace is working towards Net Zero through its one-stop-shop processes, mapping raw materials through to ready-to-install components. Alloys are made from a minimum of 70% recycled aluminium and 100% of waste is recycled back into the production cycle.

In addition, the highly integrated aerospace supplier reduces transport distances by 85% and saves valuable energy by using an upstream extrusion process to produce ready-to-install components - all of which contribute to a significantly reduction in CO2 emissions.

Under the banner of 'old economy - new technology', Montana Aerospace is working towards a cleaner future with a target of zero emissions production by 2035.
